PNR - Passenger Name Record A Passenger Name Record (PNR) is a reservations record stored in Amadeus containing details for a
particular passenger or group of passengers.
A completed PNR must contained at least one of each of the following mandatory elements:
Name Element (NM)
Itinerary Element (SS)
Telephone Element (AP)
Ticketing Arrangement Element (TK)
Received From Element (RF)
The itinerary component of the PNR may consist of Air, Hotel or Car segments, or a combination thereof.
